Hello, I just wanted to say, "wow!" I received my watch within only two days and I am so very happy. I ordered the Omega Seamaster 300m Chrono Diver, and it is so very nice. I actually ordered this watch to replace the same model that I had ordered from anohter site. That watch, in fact was also great, and very true to the real watch, but with one caveat: it had pins in the links, and the links weren't rounded. It always bothered me. I chose Watch-Inc because of the professinal web design, and from a Breitling watch I had ordered a while back. This Seamaster is so nice, I can't describe it. Comparing it to a real watch is so exciting, because there are almost NO deviations. Truly amazing watch!

I gotta tell you - your customer service and your company's way of doing business are so far superior to your competition that I don't know how they stay in business. I can't even get them to return an email when I'm looking at buying. It scares me to death to think about how they'll treat me after they have my money. I visited websites of nine of your competitors and Watch-Inc is head and shoulders above them all when it comes to customer service before and after the sale. None of them return emails. Half of them have phone numbers on their websites that are disconnected. And another few ask me to leave messages which, a week later, I'm still waiting for them to return. And then there are others that won't take Paypal or some other nonsense. The bottom line is that you guys make it easy and fun do do business. Your competitors, conversely, make it frightening if not downright impossible. Many, many thanks for all your service. I always knew it was good. Now I know it's the best in the industry.

Wow, I've gotta tell you that I was pretty apprehensive about receiving another cheap replica! I just received my Omega Planet Ocean today, and it is without a doubt, the best replica I've seen. Clean machining between the case lugs, and a band that is properly fitted to the case were the first two things I inspected upon arrival.
