All of our watches come with an extensive 15 days money-back guarantee during which you can return the watch for a FULL refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
10% restocking fee. In order for us to be able to offer our 15 day money-back guarantee we need to keep 10% of the item's price, this is to cover the bank's commission fees for authorizing, charging and refunding your credit card. Please know that we do not keep that 10% for us, this is just to cover bank commissions.
Please be aware that shipping charges are your responsibility and they are not refundable nor reimbursed.
RETURNED ITEMS must be NEW and UNUSED, and in unworn condition.
"New and Unused" means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item, with the protective plastic still around the band (for stainless steel bands), lost or stolen parts (screws, clasps, stems), damage due to personal misuse or negligence: there are no signs of wear on the product at all.
The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that has been used.

Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges and insurance) on all returns or exchanges .
We strongly recommend you use a reliable carrier for your returns, tracking number and insurance are very important in case of a late or lost package. If you ship from the US and wish to use USPS, please ship either with Signature Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation AND Insurance!
We cannot be responsible for watches damaged/lost in the way when you return them to us.
We will only issue a refund/credit after we have received the original watch.
You cannot return a watch after you have used it. Used watches can only be returned for service and repairs.
Refunds are ONLY applicable for brand new/unused items.
For refunds: please allow 7 - 14 business days for the refund to show in your credit card acccount after it has been isssued (depending on your credit card company or financial institution).
Please note: The most commonly used stainless steel used for watch cases and bands is 18/10 or 360 Solid Stainless Steel. It contains about 10% nickel and can cause mild reactions in people sensitive to nickel. We can not be held responsible for allergic reactions due to nickel sensitivity!
90 DAYS WARRANTY.
All our watches come with a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the movement on the watch and day/date mechanism (if applicable) only, repairs and labor where applicable.
It does not cover any damage from tampering (any kind of tampering or altering will void all warranties), customer abuse,normal wear and tear, or damage done to the stem or clasps. We cannot be held responsible for damage done to the stem (crown, winder, knob), glass or clasps. Or for parts that you lost.
As with ALL other warranties out there, the warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Wear and tear (E.G. scratches, broken glass), lost or stolen items are not covered.
WATER DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED ON ANY WATCH. This includes but is not limited to humidity damage, moist damage, steam damage, condensation damage or any other form of H20 damage.
Our watches are designed to withstand accidental splashes of water only and are not intended to be used in the shower, pools, steam rooms, any type of water-sports.
Water damage is NOT covered under our warranty.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
In the event that you are not satisfied with your BRAND NEW watch, you can exchange it for any other in our collection. You cannot return a watch for exchange after you have used it. Used watches can only be returned for service and repairs

If the price is different you can either send the difference or we will reimburse you the difference. Used watches can only be returned to be repaired. If exchange is more than original purchase please enclose a USPS Money Order for the price difference, Money order MUST be completely BLANK (no pay to/from information), you may include a note with your details as well as the RMA number. If the exchange is less please instruct us how you want the refund (credit card or check).

HOW TO REQUEST A RMA number for RETURNS.
1.Log in with your user name and password provided during registration.
2. Select Orders history from Your cart menu.
3. Search for the order you would like to create a return request for.
4. Click on its number or status, and the Order details page opens.
5. Scroll down to the Create return request form.
6. Set the amount of the product(s) you want to return.
7. Select the reason for returning.
8. Select the action you would like us to do for you.
9. Leave your comments, if necessary.
10. Click on Create.
* After the return request has been successfully created, the confirming notification appears at the top of the page.
You will get an email from one of our customer support associate with your RMA once authorized.
* The new request is added to the Returns list. To view the list of return requests, you will need to click on Returns in Your cart menu. The current status of each request in the list is shown in the Status column.
* You may modify/delete the requests previously placed by you via the Returns item in Your cart menu.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. Should you fraudulently charge back your credit card we will automatically charge you a $50 processing fee plus the maximum amount of damages allowed by law. Furthermore, we will dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation and report the fraudulent chargeback to law enforcement authorities and related financial agencies. Should we be unable to collect this fee we may report your account to a collection agency (damaging your credit) to collect it for us.
Customers who prematurely issue chargebacks for non-delivery, mis-delivery, order cancellation, refund, exchange, etc. without working through us or the delivery carrier, etc. are also liable for chargeback fees. Failure to reverse a premature chargeback will result in us turning the account over to collections including a $50 chargeback fee and applicable collection fees and fines as allowed by law.
Chargebacks should be the last line of customer protection used in obviously fraudulent situations. Quickly posting a chargeback or threatening to post a chargeback against us for shipping mishaps, etc or situations out of our control - could be a costly decision if used frivolously - and because of our business ethics and customer care programs - should never be necessary. Always work with us on issues - we are more than happy to help as possible.
Acceptance
By purchasing any of our items, you acknowledge reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions and you represent, warrant and agree that you are not in violation of our terms of use listed on this page. You further agree that, should you violate any of these terms you will cause us damages equal to or greater than the amount of your current purchase, which will be forfeited.
